Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There is nothing that we can like when we work with Woundtech

Dislikes

Woundtech doesn't follow any process. It is quite insensitive about understanding employees and their concerns. It has uni-directional and ineffective management which doesn't know how to measure efforts put by an employee. We see management being biased at every level.
