Worthply gets most of its projects from Freelancer.com, that's why as a developer we get a variety of projects to work with. being a small company, developers have access to all most all resources and connect with customers. Both owners are very polite and generous.

Dislikes

Owners of the company don't care about developers' work-life balance. Salaries are not up to the mark and not timely. There are huge delays in deliveries which in turn affect the developer's salary cycles. The company is not able to meet customers' goals, that why unsatisfaction from customers. Company infra is not up to the standard as per IT company. Overall, I personally dont recommend developers to join this company. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
