Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Work Life Balance Freedom in work and good for self motivated people.

Dislikes

Poor effort from upper management for grant projects. Due to partial salary & lack of initiatives from upper management, staff is demotivated to work and overall environment is negative. Company has lost its vision and doing pitty consultancy projects. Nobody talks about innovation/brainstorming new ideas.

In short the management of this company is not worth respect. They promise many things in time of joining, but delivers peanuts. Even they pay salaries very very late, sometimes even 2 years late. But they still show lot of attitude, as if employees are bonded labours.
