The company gives great exposure for learning and enough space to prove one's efficiency. It opens up the ladder or career growth.

Dislikes

Growth is decent but compensation is not much. The amount of work is high. One have to work extra in order to deliver the projects on time.

Work Details

I am looking after entire business development and take care of project delivery as well.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
