There is no good reason to work here.

Work life balance: - no work life balance. You are expected to work 24*7. You can be blamed for anything that breaks in production. Salary benefits: - if you have bonus as a component then you will have to beg for your bonus. - your full and final settlement will surely have some deductions because the company managed jibble account that captures screenshots every 10 minutes was not able to capture some screenshots for some days. - benefits include daily dose of guilt with a side of blame every now and then. Promotions and appraisal: - if you are a hard working person, you will be added into the core team and you will get a good position but don’t confuse it with increment. Job security: - if you are willing to sacrifice your freedom then you are safe. Or else You can be fired with notice of barely 1 month if management feels like. But if an employee wants to leave early, they want the complete 90 days to be served. The notice period is subject to change for some employees though. Skill development: - this is one area where you can actually develop because you will be doing everything on your own, no mentor, no knowledgeable seniors and the manager won’t help much either. Work satisfaction: - work satisfaction is 0 because it’s their way or high way. They will make you feel that you are working independently but they will micromanage you like hell. You won’t even have passwords for your own accounts. Company culture: - poorest. Blames, talking negative about ex employees, giving negative background check feedback, threatening to put legal cases, threatening to put bad remarks on experience letter, calling you two faced if you share your opinion on social media....Read More
