Pay Scale is good during Joining to Company. We will receive Salary before Month End. Good Holidays here. But Job Security mostly depends upon situation.

Pay Scale once received during Joining that final. Mostly no hike there and Variable pay also very worst here and Job Security also not good, mostly people are targeted. We can not expect growth in Technologies and can not expect with New Technologies. Quick suggestion choose wisely.

The higher management. It is a sinking boat. No proper vision, they promise you an annual bonus and pay you a bonus of 10days salary, it's like huge scam. Higher management too rude and worse. If you have no offer, just land here or else better choose other org. They have no idea of why they hire and why they fire. Now the company have no funds. They said the management has changed and things are better. But feel the management is pathetic, the people in VP(QA) have ego issues, worst leadership, unfit for lead role but they are promoted to such level which is pathetic....Read More

They work on hire and fire model. No job security at all. They would offer you any competitive salary to join but it doesnt make sense as you can be fired any time during your tenure, trust me it might not be relevant to your performance.

Very volatile environment related to job security. In 2022 top management was riding on high horses, they opened two offices, one in Hyderabad and other in Ireland. Now layoffs are going on since February.
