The HR dept, specifically the manager and his senior vp, is elevating a culture reminiscent of authoritarian leadership, drawing parallel to historical figures like Hitler, Manager here seem unproductive, while the employees in lower positions face significant challenges, such as lack of work life balance, mental well being, tortured and many more. In this team there is a lack of appreciation for employees, and even minor mistakes lead to constant threats of PIP or termination, It’s worth noting that this feedback applicable solely to the HR dept, as other depts in the org are generally brilliant and good, highlighting the need of improvement or replacement specifically within HR....Read More
