Everything, the moment you step into the office and get introduced to the management you would realise what a mistake you've made. Even roadside food stalls are run with better management. It's basically a family business run by people who hardly come to office and earn a check every month. Office interior and my team mates. The manager and management are bad, just my team mates are nice.

No bonus, no hike even after working for more than a year. I think they don’t have any appraisal cycle itself. I designed so much for them. Vinod sir and GB sir just don’t understand the talent and hard work. Finally feeling good after resigning.

There are lot many.... They keep on saying to maintain Workafella standard!!! But I couldn't find it with management... Where they don't even keep inventory for battery..lights... Remotes... 120+ company working with workafella.. every day you may need to face clients with same complaint for a month or more. If you try to make any changes and get improvement... You will be juz treated like you are against management... Simply waste of time. Every year 5-6 CSR will resign.. however they will only 2 team members and 1 manager. Clients will be always shocked by seeing 5,6 new faces as CSR in an year....Read More

We were occupied as Client at Workenstein Collaborative spaces pvt. ltd. (Workafella) on OMR Sholinganallur, Chennai. Ver very bad experience.

Dislikes

The company had to refund our security deposit after we vacated the space with proper termination notice and letter of handing-over along with the keys after inspection from their office. It is more than 75 days they have not returned the security deposit. Even after repeated emails and calls to Praveen (Sales) & Nigila. The Workafella has worst culture & practices towards the occupants/Clients. I am from a Software company with high repute of compliances and standards, would not recommend any other software company to occupy their Real estate / co-working offices in India.
