We were occupied as Client at Workenstein Collaborative spaces pvt. ltd. (Workafella) on OMR Sholinganallur, Chennai. Ver very bad experience.

Dislikes

The company had to refund our security deposit after we vacated the space with proper termination notice and letter of handing-over along with the keys after inspection from their office. It is more than 75 days they have not returned the security deposit. Even after repeated emails and calls to Praveen (Sales) & Nigila. The Workafella has worst culture & practices towards the occupants/Clients. I am from a Software company with high repute of compliances and standards, would not recommend any other software company to occupy their Real estate / co-working offices in India. Trust me they lack sincerity and ethics....Read More
