I love working at wordscloud mainly because of the supportive environment created by our founder Vinayak & team members working there. They are always there to help & support us through any challenges. Their hands on approach & willingness to help at every points makes a huge difference and makes the job more rewarding

Nothing as such but having physical meetups can really boost interest to work together

the work culture is not at all comfortable. every time you will have so much attention for unknown complaints from their side. No notice period or any professionalism at all. No job security at all. Never expect your pay on time.

They are very rude to their writers. They create too much work pressure, leading to a lot of mental stress. They could ask you to work anytime and still complain for no reason. once you ask you higher pay, they will fire you imposing just any reason.

I worked as a content writer but faced so many issues while my journey. They would never pay me on time. the day I asked for better pay, they started complaining so much giving me mental pressure.
