Feel proud to have been a part of this Premier institute. The working environment had always been very homely. Right from the doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, colleagues and even the grade -IV, every one had been very helpful and Co-operative. Had got the opportunity to learn the work in various departments and implement ideas. Working in a hospital gave me umpteen number of opportunities to help people in need and job satisfaction. Being a working mother had got the full support of the seniors and colleagues to look after my daughter, mother and grandmother, in all possible ways. Endless suffering of some patients, people loosing their loved ones, patient party unable to pay and having to shift to other hospitals.

Work Details

Enjoyed working. Dealing with patients and their relatives, to provide them with quality service and win their confidence was very challenging. Convincing them to take up the IPD/OPD services rendered by the hospital, would be interesting and fulfilling.

Its more like a family member ,though its a professional team we exchange our product knowledge, market inteligence and any personal problem once in a week ,quarterly selected team members are deputed for our side one day training program and I enjoy our frequent in house training program also , as long as members are performingwith hard work and honesty there is no need to think for a change, in house upgradition incriments and promotions are very much satisfactory I need to visit other district and other state also for corporate and trade visit like all me too enjoy the out station visit as our travel policy is best in the industry ,there is a personal touch in our interdepartmental relationship with in few months I would be a part to witness the renovation with three more floors coming up....Read More

Worse managent. But colleagues are satisfactory. Be aware about some people or in charges. To prove themselves great in front of higher authorities or doctors they used to insult and depress their juniors. Everybody knows but no one take any action.
