Thanks for given me the opportunity in your company.I'm working in Woodkraft India Pvt Ltd around 2 years but I'm not satisfied with my job Because I'm a HSE officer but we doing all of the work & main focus to our team 1st priority to HK work in HSE will follow. And salary increment not on Time approximately 2 years. we are getting delayed Salary. No site team support to us.

Dislikes

I'm not satisfied to work in this company. No weekly off Sunday also working.And no time limit for our work. Morning coming 8:30-9:00AM - Evening going no time fixed 9:00Pm or 12:00AM. If we are working night work again next day 2:00 PM coming. So work routine not good & no work plan regarding to Employees Health and Safety.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
