Work related travel: This is a desk job.
Likes: Since we mostly work in remote, we have quality time with family and Work life balance is good. this helps us engage in UiPath community events and other technical meetings.
Dislikes: Last year there were internal hackathons this year there were no such events. we can give importance to conduct hackathons, and we can plan it such that we conduct it well ahead of UiPath hackathon events so that we will have a team created and be available with an idea if they need to participate in UiPath hackathons.

Likes: I have experienced a great Technical and Inter Personal Advancement working in Wonderbotz. There is a great Work Life Balance and the Management supports it's Employees with various opportunities to improve both the employee as well as company.
Dislikes: Wonderbotz is moving ahead with great scope of Technological Advancement and the growth of its Employees both Technically and Financially. I suggest to continue the same.

Likes: One thing that I really appreciate about WonderBotz is their cross-platform training programs. Every employee in the organization gets the opportunity to get their hands on with various RPA tools.
Dislikes: Wonderbotz can improve their management and also should implement some disciplinary actions against employees who does not follow proper work culture and maintain professionalism at workplace.
