If your are working under Rohit Dhanwan, then forget about your technical knowledge and skills. All you have to maintain is safety and safety . He used to abuse the new joiners more like a bully who rags a common man, try to show who he is. There is no point for engineers/sr. Engineers in execution part they have to maintain only safety. He hired all of us to maintain only safety nothing else
