I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

No job security, work life balance does not exist. Leave balances are a joke, there’s no way you can cash any leaves you have even if it’s an emergency. Expected to be in office in rain, floods or fire. And work from home in time of rains, floods, road blocks or any disaster is illegal and you will be relieved immediately without a notice period. All these are my personal experiences. Sounds about professional. Appreciation for your efforts are slim to none.
