Working with VECV, u will get to know things better way. Your scope of work will increase, can do anything that u want, there is no restriction. U can escalate any issue or demand to higher management. U will get resolution except salary.....

Dislikes

U have to work on weekends also as per requirement and there is requirement on every weekend. Also u have to xtend you time beyond office hours. All mentioned above is normal from the perspective of Manager & HR.

The learning was top notch as I worked for aftermarket operation in uptime centre in OEMs in Remote Diagnostic Centre which was a subunit of uptime and the cross functionality of the department has taught me the skill of handling the PPL and learn new languages

Lack of trust among the team, Partial treatment in very sutle way which can be seriously worked upon having such leadership HR team was not functional and no support when inside the organisation no proper onboarding was given to me
