I never got any job satisfaction in this company. Apart from having some good colleagues this company is corrupted.

Dislikes

This company doesn't provide salary on time. Incentive is too low and target is too high. Work load is high and couldn't balance my personal and professional life. This company doesn't provide you anything for satisfaction and motivation. This company only needs revenue without giving anything to the employers. I have been working here for last 1.5 years and I was the best performer in my campaign but it doesn't give you money, incentive, paid leave or anything which requires to motivate me. Work Details

I was the best in our team but I haven't received any appreciation for that. All they want from me is more and more revenue. Their expectations was high from me but they don't want give anything in return that will keep me motivating.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
