There is nothing to like about WIS Chikoowadi Branch. It has been a torture to work under the most pathetic co workers. The Head Mistress IGCSE Secondary Section and the coordinator have clear biased attitude, favoritism and have no work ethics. Teaching has gone for a toss due to undue pressure with zero outcomes. Don't get flattered by the ambience of the school,only materialistic.

Everything, from didi to bhau to teachers all are tortured.

It's difficult to work at this place with superiors constantly demeaning the staff in meetings. Salary is never paid before 15th of a month. And no intimation from the HR on when it comes. The school doesn't have any employee benefits and is the worse.
