I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Wistron is providing all kind kinds of facilities like food and transport for free of cost.

Dislikes

6 days working, rotational shifts, no support or learning facilities from superior managers, no seniors to take advise, managers are incapable. They don't even understand proper English (Bihar, Orissa guys), they want root cause for issues but don't provide necessary tools, mangers don't have technical skills, managers micro management, local heavy politics, no recognition for work and skills, no skill development programs, not approving leaves.
