Every company has its own pros and cons. I only concentrate on the good stuff no matters its less or more. It doesn't matter whether you work for Wishfin or other organisation one should always worship there work and I am very much passionate about my work.

Dislikes

There is so much politics, no one appreciates your work, HR department is very poor in terms of employee engagement. No body listens or reply to lower level employees.

I worked in 3 to 4 month in this company They terminat me without resolve my complain. My senior (MANEESHA TRIPATHI) doing fraud with me ,I complain with HR (FAIZ AHMED) but they don't listen & terminat me without salary, it's very bad for me now I'm jobless.
