Employees are asked to take time and learn before they are asked to deliver business. 2) Positive Work Culture - I found the teams across functions to be very collaborative and supportive. Infact some people like from the HR and operations team would go beyond their work hours to help you get your job done. Even the higher management is very approachable despite their busy work schedule. Please refrain from going to this company. They are insurance agents selling only insurance product. Only 3-4 people are running the company, dont go to this company they will keep your salary on hold, and then terminate. Narrow mindset, TL Tripti will ask for self resignation and warn that if employee don’t do they will terminate.My salary is still on hold, they will not give you full offer letter, after joining they will ask to sign so that employee can’t go. Personal experience This is the worst company. Please don't go with the good reviews. They are all fabricated. As soon as they hire someone they forcefully take reviews from them and it is quite obvious they had to rate them good only to later on discover how they ruin their lives. They have ruined lives of so much MBA graduates from good families and good colleges. They talk about ethics and culture but they have none. They are cruel, worst people.
