Work culture good ( review based on our team) Increment growth are good comparison with other companies. Leave policy is well.

Dislikes

Most dislike things are No one check ground base scenario but only managers don't want escalation from customer end. Also don't care customer site challenges. Don't see all employees equality. After closing annual if target done more than 100% they will trying to business reduction and giving bla-bla reason. It's is impacting on performance than again giving reason your performance is not good as you want....Read More
