Not A single thing is good in this company, they treat employee just like a.........., if you can do "CHAPLUSI" then only you will survive in company otherwise you will be fired

My experience was terrible with this company , Sr level employee of HR,IT and Finance are just trying to justify their position by doing "CHAPLUSI" to save their own job position

good work environment and cultre teammates are supportive and tha management is transparent and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

there is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

the job is quite interesting i struggled a bitin the beginning as there was formal training session i learnt everything on the job i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a test of different roles within the same team

Company is totally unprofessional, local lala driven types. The chairs n tables are still of 1963.. cane chairs!! No Ac.. cooler is very poor.. almost not working. They have fixed basic salary to 7500/- pm only to cut their costs. Employees get zero benefits on retirement.. job is totally unsecured.. even VP level guys are fired without notice.
