The journey was good and the peoples was very supportive friendly environment. Specially the job security but there is no growth in this position which a realised and that is why is left the job.

Dislikes

in covid 19 suction i get half payment as the policy was change but nobody has inform me about this so i am disappointed. As a work for 2 years in this organization but there is no growth they select the selected people as they already decide.

To be honest, transportation and security protection which gets change everyday, that I liked very much, about work environment there is much more cooperation between manager and employees as if we are like family. My bad luck I have leaved Wipro due to I am unable to manage my studies, to be frank I was dumb that I have leaved Wipro without thinking of my future please ignore me, but I am willing to join Wipro, because now I realised how to manage the things and more importantly I am ready to sign a bond also....Read More

To be honest , nothing and if any negative, it's our responsibility as a team member to suggest some positive way to our manager, instead of blaming.

Actually it was my first experience, to be honest I got selected in Wipro luckily, but I haven't realised that I am working in mnc company, this was my biggest mistake, that's the reason I haven't done my job seriously, and took as granted.

Dislikes

Wipro has every possible benefits for employees but the managers won't allow to grab it. Appraisal is nothing but a chocolate as they increase your salary in one of the section from your salary structure and deduct the other one. Wipro is best company to work only if you know how to deal with the politics of old employees and managers.
