Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Very bad work environment, Teammates and Management are selfish, not supportive, The management . Job is not secure there.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and Management is selfish. German management not involve and resolve any issue. Dictatorship of management is there. So they do have thei own rules strategy which are not fix and can be change as per management convenience and their profits.
