Working environment is good, The only challenge is hi speed working structure and that is something which may not give advantage to everyone. No chilling. Focus on work. Working beyond working hours etc.

Dislikes

Obviously if you are an average performer, you might have to discontinue. Everyone needs immediate results here so be prepared.

Work Details

Job is ok. You just have to listen to your management and so not ask anything because they already have answers for that and that is not going to be good for you.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

No added benefits. Party’s are done on your own expenses. Company do not sponsor anything. Celebrations are ok for eg. Holi, Diwali, etc. very less public holidays. A lot of MNC’s offer Leave encashment, Fuel expenses, food allowance etc. here you won’t get these. It’s just for name sake MNC it is actually not.
