working here for last 2yrs, very nice work couture. for software company in Mangalore, I think I'm getting more than expected treatment here. I have befriended very nice people after joining this company so. I will definitely recommend who ever whish to join this family.

Hardworking Employees are recognized, ppl who avoid work are helped to improve their efficiency . No politics like big companies, no one in office is interested in politics if somebody starts they will automatically be sticking out like a sore thumb. U can see clearly in other reviews where they are more involved in others works than thiers :).

I liked the company culture very much, seniors are approachable, and they also assign you works according to your interests. Timings are flexible and no one's gonna question you if you complete your works on time.

Dislikes

They use their own language for all the works, so its not gonna help you in your next job. But your coding knowledge will increase, and also communication skills. Also Holidays are a little less.

Good for a employee who only wants to have a job in IT or wants to showcase they are working in IT.

They say you will have a great career but after joining and working for many years in similar role you should do the same job forever untill retirement. Before joining remember the Manager and Supervisor are not from sales background so your opinion is least matered whatever they say you should do. No proper incentive calculation and whatever they provide you should take that. As a txation software sales will be at peak only during duedates but later you will made work for unecssary roles and also you will be laid off. Do not trust anyone here everybody will stab your back.More than focusing on work they are interstd to know your personal things.
