I dint like being micro managed, no clarity in anything they do, no appriceation of loyalty, too much of politics, not healthy atmosphere, NO TRUST in employees, hence the employees don't trust the management. Not a very pleasant place to work if you value your skill and self-respect. It could be one of the best if only they change the attitude.

I was heading the Key Accounts and new business, was responsible for the running of Client Servicing for the events department.day to day to concept to finish of events, PnL responsibility.
