As a service engineer I have been asked to use local transport,then our HR said use ola n Uber as they are not able to check our starting and ending point.after that now a days I hv been asked to use bike as a mode of communication .the work is hectic almost 20+ call in a month where I hv to travel from morning 8.00 AM to night 10.00PM .No one is responsible for ur safety in this crowded city if something happens to us will the 2lakh insurance will be enough for our medical expenses. Now next week we will be asked to commute on our own money.HR changes policy as they wish no such fixed rule.company looks like running out of money so they are bringing policy for those who r working on field.mentally you will be drained and feel disappointed after long work and spending ur own money on expenses you have to beg to HR to give it back to you.pathetic experience....Read More
