😑😡dislike Only if you want to work without money you can join Win IT, otherwise your life gonna hell and soon you will die due to work presser.

No salary even if you work 24 hr. Zero 0 facilities. even tea also not available. they not even pay water bills timely due to this reason some time you have to wait for drinking water also.

Learning experience, with opportunity to handle cross. function teams. But that's it, the good finishes there.... Work culture pathetic, no sense of paying salaries on time. Top management removes money from business to fulfill other requirements. Salaries don't get paid on time, but the CEO, CFO and VP can continue to travel business class only and stay in 5 star hotels. Minimum delay of 25 days to 55 days salaries delayed....Read More

Give good hike to people who are working for 1 person of management. Learning is good due to too much work.

work culture is worst. Too much pressure on selected people who can deliver the project. Abusive languages used by management Too much night out Pressurise to work on weekend also. Salary issue, pending for 4-5 months No new learning.

There is nothing to like in this company , all cheap people is at top position including CEO and DIRECTOR.

Dislikes

They will give work pressure to come on Saturday and Sunday with multiple night out in a week. No facility , hire in less package compare than security job. They will abuse employee on work progress, they can fire within a minute. They used to rough language , till the death they want to use employee. VP is person who will use rough language and abuse about unnecessary work progress. He don't know anything apart from shouting. Worst environment....Read More

No growth , work bond of 2 year to work like slave, too much pressure, salary will not give on time, they can release without giving salary due, no PF deposit only deduct from salary, can't leave company till 1 year after getting hike.
