The company had global clients from various countries. Working with different client of different countries that I loved. Colleagues and my TL were highly co-operative. I also like their flexible office timing and two week off.

Dislikes

Compensation was low and no certainty of further growth. Improper procedure of appraisal. At the time of joining, they asked us to sign one year bond and took a one lac rupees cheque for security purpose. This bond was broke from company side. No job security here. Performance of any employee doesn,t matter at all for them.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after all the client request on the same day on Goggle Adwords and Bing as well. I improved my work efficiency with the help of senoirs, TL and my own efforts.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Nothing, internal politics and gossips continuously goes on at senior level also.

Dislikes

There was nothing good in the company. Bond is illegal and they signed up bind for an year. No proper management. Salary not according to the work. Do fake promises with the new employees. No standard for appraisal.

Work Details

It was totally out of the box work. I was PPC Trainee but there was nothing like PPC work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
