The company's management leaves much to be desired, and work life balance is virtually nonexistent. What's infuriating about WiJungle is how they pay us peanuts while throwing truckloads of money at IIT students who often turn out to be a total disappointments. They are highly under-staffed ,So we slog our guts out, and all they do is pile on more work. Forget about any perks or benefits, it's like the company thrives on watchingus burn out while they swim in profits. You start to wonder if the meager pay is worth giving up your life, peace of mind , and the knowledge you posses. WiJungle doesn't offer much in terms of personal growth. Most of the work is just mind-numbingly repetitive, and for some, it's about cloning knockoff versions of bigger , better brand's products. Joining Wijungle? People here are so good and skillful. I worked for 8 months and had fun working with my team. Mentors are always available for you. A great place for Learning.

Lack of training. You have to learn by your own. Working hours and 6 days working is pathetic.
