Money wise good, but tremendous sales target, 12 hours shift exhaust employees, you have to have skill to manage to see loop holes to have your time within a day. Incentives are good but at what cost that's more important

One of the worst companies ever i have come across... They don't have any work life balance and all they want you to work for them for 14 hours every day... I just hate this company no well managed system I management don't even know how to operate the company. They don't even know any any rules and policies they just keep on cha nging every rules and policies and even targets nothing is static for them... And then if you Raise any concerns to them they will come out with the answer that will investigate about this and nothing gonna happen and they will fire u instead without any reason ...
