Office Space: Well-maintained and comfortable workspace. Food & Beverages: Good pantry with quality tea and coffee. Welcome Experience: HR makes an effort to give a warm welcome with donuts and a handwritten welcome letter. Good over all culture: From what I observed in the office and other teams, the over all culture is good.

Team Atmosphere: Interns often feel isolated rather than integrated into the team. Collaboration is minimal, and there’s little effort to make new joiners feel included. Leadership & Mentorship: Learning is emphasized, but there is no structured mentorship—just feedback focused on missed targets without actual guidance. Work Culture(Specific to BD team): Expectations are unclear, and accountability is selective. Some employees have flexibility while others are scrutinized for the same things. Handling of Issues: Team conflicts and concerns (such as workplace behavior) are not addressed properly, which affects morale and productivity. Transparency & Communication: Important decisions are often not communicated clearly, leading to confusion and uncertainty about expectations and role progression. Internship Experience: Despite being labeled as a learning opportunity, interns are expected to perform without proper training, making it feel more like free labor than a structured internship. Lack of Recognition: Efforts and contributions often go unnoticed, and appreciation is rare, making it difficult to stay motivated. It's a very unprofessional workplace. The co-founders are running the company like a family owned business and there's absolutely no corporate ethic. People generally have to work around 14-16hrs on an average. Sometimes 18. They even leave their toothbrushes and other utilities at work because many a times they are expected to wait back all night
