- A very good platform to grow product and process knowledge. - Whirlpool values are respected all the employees and it makes whirlpool a great workplace

Dislikes

Compensation improvememt and respective policies need improvement. Employees are not paid as per thier experience or expertize. If someone joined for less package at the early stages of career, he has to carry it throughout his whirlpool career.
