I have personal Experience There is No Value Of Employee When working Extra and Other Department they will Never Appreciate, Entire City One Coco Retail Outlet.. Even Top Management Also Not Aware To Handle The Things,

Behaviour of Top Management There is No Value of Employees those who are Given extra Time and efforts, partiality in Employment and Promotions, one Guy From One State His Preferences given To The Native People.. That's The Worst Things.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
