No job security,No work culture,No management.Better not to join.U will be unsafe after joining.

Working here is like working in a lala company. Senior will use bad words which makes you feel very embarrassed, guilty why I have join this organization. Too much pressure that u will put paper.

Pucho mat kaise kife hain.Daily office jaogey per kuch hoga nahi,q ke aap k seniors aap se daily review lenge or kaam hota nahi hain.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
