This Company is a startup, as it holds minimum requirements based on the dependency of the project and client efficiency, In this office we are having a great healthy life with having many multi-cultural remedies.

Dislikes

Compensation, Hikes and Salaries is the main problem here. There is no work pressure and they have friendly nature regarding with employees. Managers are so strict to their values and the salary reminder days may be fluctuating until end of month or next month.

To be frank, I have learned many things in this venture. Most probably the entire team and management was so liberal with me and they even provided many required thoughts, ideas from them, But the main thing in this venture is to be punctual, disciplined
