The company may go bankrupt in the next few years due to poor Administration. Administration is more concerned about making more and more money putting all the works to its subordinates. Some are even stealing money from their respective services which itself is creating disbalance and dissatisfaction among the work culture. At last the company has no production monitoring system, who is working and how much is working? Each will get increment as per the administration. Salary is still around 60% less than other brands in the industry. Despite low salary pressure is same No car travel allowance even on asm and bm profiles, you have to travel 10 - 15 districs all by bus and train. No product training. After sale Service is very bad due to impractical policies.

Shame on you western refrigeration There is no justice They like their GET only, other is only majdoor Theri GET got 3 time salary correction (increment) In 1 year We got 1 time in a year Even after more than 4 years of experience i got less percentage and same package as compared to 1 year GET Before 3 year they got half of us and now more then us , even after same / less work , knowledge, capabilities and responsibilities This is so disgusting Everyone , don't join western ever , if u want join , join as a GET even if u have 1-2 year experience , by this way you can make your future bright without doing anything...Read More
