Poor department management. Talking about Maintainence field, instead of healthy work environment which was there previously, they are rather focousing on work and just play internal politics to make individual frustate and leave the job. The thing is that no body cares off why people are getting off from that company, Actually if they find root cause they can get the answer very easily. Salary is still around 60% less than other brands in the industry. Despite low salary pressure is same No car travel allowance even on asm and bm profiles, you have to travel 10 - 15 districs all by bus and train. No product training. After sale Service is very bad due to impractical policies.
