Large company with immense potential to dominate the market. The company can easily go public in the next 10 years.

The company may go bankrupt in the next few years due to poor Administration. Administration is more concerned about making more and more money putting all the works to its subordinates. Some are even stealing money from their respective services which itself is creating disbalance and dissatisfaction among the work culture. At last the company has no production monitoring system, who is working and how much is working? Each will get increment as per the administration.
