Employee Wallfair plans are excellent and few Managers are so friendly to work and approachable. I appreciate Western Digital as a Learning Path for every employee. We are free to bring the new Process and Methodology into the system. Always New IDEAS are welcome by the organization.

1.No Jon security for contract workers, 2.Vendors will be thrown away and will hire new vendor without any intimation, then migrating the employees or company will end the contract 3. Though employee is serving the organization for many years with giving very high performance there is no opportunity for FT conversion, its majorly because of politics from manager, 1st preference goes to tamilians because all management positions are occupied by them, thought not havin skills or communication they are in very good position and gets FT convertion or opportunity much easier, 4,. I worked for nearly 7 years as contract employee with very good performance, at last I have been sent out without getting anything, reason was government noms for contact terms and no budget for FT conversion, 5. People sits in US do not have visibility of all these politics 6. Western digital plays nicely with contract employees, make them work work work and gives nothing, one fine day they will be sent out 7. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS WORST COMPANY AS CW, YOU WILL SPOIL YOUR CAREER. 8.Few managers in few teams will make the employees bakra by putting nonsense work which will not add value to their career and it's a waste of time, though knowing it if employee completes the job then no further update from managers and says we may need to drop this plan Whatever I wote here is my own experience in WD worked for 7years...Read More
