Work environment like school, keep mobile phone in locker, Time 10 hours. Disition satyam, Bread over only half hour, not allowed to going for tea snacks. So many dislike rules and policies

Terrible experience... gender inequality... exploitation...you will lose your peace of mind and suffer from depression...

Dislikes

10 hours of duty including 30 minute lunch..there is an exploitation .. not good salary

I wish I can find good opportunity in other company because MD has no value for hard work and effort of employee.. I think he and his son should be enroll for soft skill class.

The best thing about the company is you can learn many things. It is the perfect place for freshers who want to begin their career.

The only negetive thing is that you have to work within limitations. Creativeness and over the edge control is present.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
