West unified communication is good firm for fresher where they can gain good knowledge, learn new things and they pay good package for fresher.

Dislikes

lack in growth and appraisal, there is no transportation facility.

Work Details

My work is challenging as we are in collection team, we need to hit the target by collecting the target every month.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
