I have experienced one of the worst organizations in my career. I strongly advise against joining this organization; they do not value your work, and it is not employee-friendly. They seem to be more interested in treating employees like robots. The HR Head, Mr. Harsh Shrivastav, simply hires employees without providing proper information, and at the last moment, they may terminate employment.

Manager Mr. Manoj south india retail head has the highest rate of EGO, if you just put an health argument he would take it to the management and make your life sick, in my case it was worse. He is just an head ache to evryone.

Wesmarc genuinely cares about Employee professional and personal life's along with promoters having really care about their employee growth. Office atmosphere is excellent and company culture of innovation and collaboration is what made me choose as best company to work.

Not finding anything to point out as dislike. promotors are very good to provide all employee needs and ensuring to be happy always.

Don’t ever join this company until u don’t have any option . Join in this company do timepass and search for another job . All the employees who are working in there are searching frequently.
