only my manager and team was good...she had positive mind set ,learnt a lot from her...she put a lot of efforts for our learning n growth. for beginners its good company but for experienced its not at all good

current management is not at all good. they don't have long term vision. Only micro management, lots of internal politics, they involve in small small matters. Only one person has right to take any decision.no ownership ,groupism is there, you feel isolated if u r not apart of any group, toxic environment, no as such cultural activities .
