Great learning for a fresher From a mechanical background, company policies are good. Lower management supportive in all terms.

Dislikes

2-3yrs bond will be there, Currently top Management changed, lot of changes in system and ripples not settled yet. Currently engineer should do all the work from post to post. No people management. Dont expect eligible appraisal if you are from south India.

The company is good with good cultured friendly atmosphere and freedom to take decisions. There is no place in world where politics is not their. Working environment is good, people are friendly and always come forward to help and support. Overall good experience which gives work satisfaction.

Due to few people behavior and politics many people left company.

My work was more challenging but i got 100% involved and took it as a challenge and achived it. I was full satisfied and my customers where happy with my service for my regular follow-ups.
