What I love about this company is that you get what you deserve, Literally! You focus on your work, put best effort, you will get 80%-100% hike during your retention. You will make 15-20K incentives per month. But if you engage in politics, you are not true to your job, Today or tomorrow, you will be fired. Company doesn’t tolerate such people at all levels. My TL was such a person. He always used to tell us all wrong practices and he will always support team members who will be b**tlick**g him. When company found out, he was asked to pack up and leave immediately. I know a lot of people would condemn them, but believe me the one who goes away will always crib, but us who are left behind, get to see such a positive change in the system, when such biased people are removed. there is nothing to like .

there are so many things wrong with the company. first would be micromanagement. the so-called CEOs have nothing better to do. As you enter the company you are forced to sign a bond, your certificates will be taken in the name of "verification " so that you do not leave. they force you to write cheques in their name. Worst company. There is much more, it takes the whole day.

I worked for 6 months as an intern in marketing dept when I was in my final year of degree. This was my first experience in a corporate environment and I have a very good feedback. I didn’t see any politics here. People are really friendly. My Team leader Saikeerthi was very nice as well. I easily got leaves during my exams also. I would recommend this company for an internship.

I was not offered full time job after Internship. Kidding. This is a fact but not a reason to dislike WMS.
