First of all, I want to appreciate their training system. It is highly professional and organized. The classes with a proper knowledge book and then live training. The 2 months of training teaches you what a 3 yrs degree would not have taught. Then the team structures and RH is something to be appreciated. People here are very friendly. I had seizures in office once and I can tell you they took care of me like my family would have done at home. The CEO asked me everyday for the next 3-4 days if I am feeling fine.

I worked here for 1.5 yrs and now working in Bengaluru, as my family had to shift. I can see how in my current company how they treat freshers, literally no meaningful role and no respect. But because WeMakeScholars is made of freshers with atleast 90% having their first job at WeMakeScholars, they really value freshers.
