People here are very friendly. I had seizures in office once and I can tell you they took care of me like my family would have done at home. The CEO asked me everyday for the next 3-4 days if I am feeling fine.

Our machine coffee and tea is too sweet. Not able to follow my diet due to this. Please give black coffee option. Fellow team members, like this review if you agree with me.

I worked here for 1.5 yrs and now working in Bengaluru, as my family had to shift. I can see how in my current company how they treat freshers, literally no meaningful role and no respect. But because WeMakeScholars is made of freshers with atleast 90% having their first job at WeMakeScholars, they really value freshers. The best thing I like about We Make Scholars is that my TL and also the management has given me freedom to work at my work pace and culture. As a fast growing start-up, we get a chance to learn quickly and the latest happenings in the market.

As we have a performance based incentives, at times, you keep chasing with full involvement in the assigned work. I got rewarded the best possible way and it's a good thing infact. But, sometimes it might become overwhelming. As a fresher, it's a learning curve and I should be able balance it.

Work environment is good. Many are freshers and the age of the team is also young. Supportive and friendly work culture. Decent work life balance- Not much of a work target pressure like my previous company and thats something I'm particular about.

Dislikes

In the beginning the attendence punch in and out was little difficult to use. Now, I'm used to it and no other issues as such. Will report it any in the future.
