There is a lot of issue but its not affect but some issue is serious like miss punching , and attendance no carefully mark present and it Is big problem face by our major part off welspun team(employees), and this issue affect our monthly attendance award . One of them issue is salery equality there is no equality to new skill joined persons salery to our company base skill person who dedicat his work and precious time for welspun team and his loyalty but his salary is slightly down than new skil member or employee . Its affect and its make jealousy and not make mind set for team work with new members of welspun team .its all about one vision ....Read More
